Should mikkel make it p2p?

Hmm people been talking about p2p maybe to help out his fund problems it can be great idea but at the same time it can be bad since this community hasnt got alot of boxers at the moment hardly any new ones and when i see a new name its mostly another old players alt lol.
So p2p can go either way i dont think i would p2p either but i think mikkel should p2p after 3d is out for a while to build up the community cause i know alot of boxers gna come to 3d i been advertising it on boxingscene.com which is a great site alot of boxing fans go on it http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=139096 This is the second thread i made and alot of fans been tryin out the game but some have not liked the controls >.< maybe mikkel shud set easier controls as defaults?

Already been a thread recently about it, donation page might work for now.

i know oscar and maybe the donation page wont be enough cause of there not being that many players of this game.
by the way im stil promoting the game over boxingscene.com its a got so many boxing fans on it its unreal also has pro boxers on the site and i was even talking to the board of directors ring#8 also president of the new jersery hall of fame and editor for boxrec alot of actual historians,boxing writers and boxers go on the site its a must for true boxing fans mikkel shud try get there surpport for the game.

Theres plenty of people for p2p. It was done before and it worked out just right.

Thing is with P2P it will stop alot of people from playing, some people may just not want to pay and also it will be hard to make payments for people who dont have cards to pay with. It might have worked before but still might take away some of the current members. Definaly p2p with 3D though as more people will be interested.

How can the server cost 200 a month? THATS CHEAP.

Some game servers cost upper 700s into the 1000's.

maybe he shud get a smaller server? cause i dont see ob having 6000+ players online at the same time lol but it might cause more lag tho >.< lag is so annoying when playin ob

I think the 200 dollar server is a pretty small server. I doubt thats how many people ob could handle he probably just typed that in just like when u make your own server.

Yes your right HTF the OB game server is just started as any other server. But there's more than that, a central server is needed to handle all other servers, to keep track of records/fights, webpages and downloads.
