oka thx for viewing this. I appreciate any help givin to me.. i was wondering what is done for the OBC title.. It is vacant and Dick E Boon is rnk #1... Why does he not have the title?? What is done in this situation?? Rnk1 and rnk2 fight??? or is it givin to rnk1??? Someone help im jus wondering.. Even tho i'd hate to see Dick E Boon w/ the title i would like to know what happens... lol jk boon
