3D is slow, 15-20 fps, unplayable. comp. 3ghz, 1gb ram, ati radeon 9800 pro... connection speed 100Mbps... whats the problem here?

With a connection and computer like that u should be flying..don't know what it is then, i played it with very decent speed on a 2 gz, 500mb ram.
