Any new installations for 3d mine dont work no more

every time i update it then it comes to the game settings then i click okay and it just doesnt do anything. can i get some help here?

I noticed when on vista it doesnt have rights to download and install if you have placed it in c:/programs/.. then it wil download but not store the files..
if you put ob in ex..c:\games\ob or something it shouldnt conflict with admin rights,.you can also just run it as admin.

i dont have vista and i am the administrator for my cpu

Check if it has downloaded any files to a directory called "lib".
