i will host a double elimination tournament. fights will be randomly chosen for the 1st round. only 8 fighters allowed. it will look like this.
1st round
1 vs 2
3 vs 4
5 vs 6
7 vs 8
winners 2nd round
winner of 1/2 vs winner of 3/4
winner of 5/6 vs winner of 7/8
winner 3rd round
winner of 1/2/3/4 in rd 2 vs winner of 5/6/7/8 in rd 2
loser bracket
loser 1/2 vs loser 7/8
loser 3/4 vs loser 5/6
losers eliminated
rd 2
winner of 1st rd losers vs loser of 2nd round winner
winner of 1st rd loser vs loser of other 2nd round loser
rd 3 winner of previous 2 fights against each other
rd 4
winner of last rouns fight vs loser of the last rd on finals
winner advances to play the undefeated contestant and must beat them 2 times but if they lose themselves once they are out.
each fight will be 1 fight!! Best of 1 !!!
no making up fights like in last tourny.
must show proof of fight if i wasnt watching it or have multiple witnesses saying they fought.
if u lose one time dont fret because you still have a chance.
it might sound confusing now but you wll understand when there are people in it.
yes i realize this will take awhile, but i will only accpet active fighters or fighters that will be active. so people i have seen on in the last week pretty much.
EVERYONE REALIZE THIS MIGHT TAKE LONG.
if you fail to show up for a fight after a certain period of time for rd 1 and we have fighters that wanted in but were just late to join. you could get replaced for they are on and you arnt. example
8th poster-" i want in
9th poster " i want in but awww i cant cuz only 8 spots and i would be 9th guy
8th poster doesnt show up for a couple days to his fight
9th poster is on lots of times. 9th poster takes over 8th posters spot.
current people in. also sign up with your actual fighter name your gonna use please.
1.BIG MAC

Lets take all these Tournaments and Johns idea and turn it into one big annual seasonal one....if u didnt read the other post here is the idea..
1. Get about 3 Teams with captains...Vets
2.Get people to sign up for tha draft on here
3.Do pick order by the captains fighting...
4.Than draft in order untill each team has like 4 fighters.
5.All the teams compete against each other based on the # u were picked (i.e if say john is picked 2nd of my team he would fight say redneck picked 2nd on Vipers team and so on)
6.When all fights are fought take the remainding team and have them fight tourney style.(i.e if oh sayyy P4P won than by pick number u would fight..so 1st pick would fight 4th pick 2nd 3rd n than the winner of those two fights face each other and the winner faces the captain of the team)
(and if we want to make it last longer and give captains more of a challenge we can have Wild Card selections)

"John represents the renaissance of OB. John stepped up and filled the vacuum Fatny left behind. Not only his skills are amazing, also his dedication to keep this game interesting and alive. I was there when he first won the title, I was watching over his shoulder when he bullied all competition, I was there when he became a HOF´er. I may not be a great fighter myself, but I do have eye for talent. John is something special, I told him right after he won his first title. John is the spark that became a flame that turned into a devastating fire. Apart from being a great guy he never stepped down from a challenge and always looked to square off against OB´s best to further improve his skills. Many HOF´ers made short comebacks during the year John reigned OB, only to be knocked out by Big Bad John." - Dick E. Boon
"The thing with John is that he's just so extremely accurate, both in offense and in defense. There's some punches I consider myself a master of, like the small hook and the long upper. Well they're useless against John no matter how well you throw them, he just keeps blocking 90% of them and hurting you in the process. Speaking of which...if he hurts you (and he will), you better move your head a lot because he also happens to be one of the best finishers i've ever seen. Basically if you're not extremely good AND creative, you'll end up on the floor. A fine addition to the hall of fame indeed." - Fatny |
