hows everybody doing? I miss playing this.

started a training camp for my next big fight coming up,

heres a little video of my first day of it.

took about 5 hours of training to make that 4 minute video.

I was gassed by the time I did any padwork, when I was on the bag at the beginning I am wearing a 35 lb weight vest and did like 4 hard rounds with it on.
