Not complaining just wondering,

i won the obw title off kikin, and because he was champ i gave him his rm which he won.

am i owed a rm, or because he was originally champ before i took it off him, is it his choice?

His choice, but in a ideal world the champion should give the challenger a deciding match, but ultimately it is up to him.
