Besides, it is also not against the law in Pakistan to visit web sites that are restricted or blocked from the Internet for various reasons. The government of Pakistan has made it compulsory for all internet users to have a valid IP address to access the World Wide Web safely. However, most people who are not residents of Pakistan but just wish to visit other countries for various reasons still continue to surf the web via the regular servers and get to access the prohibited websites.
