Well I don't wanna sound like that but there's only one hard rule and that is that if I see something I don't like there will be a warning and if the warning is not respected there will be a banning.

Believe me catfish had both a fair trial and a plenty of warnings. His response to my warning was basically "f**k you I'll post whatever I want. And in those words. So that's pretty hard to let slide and I really don't see why I should.

Hard to say. Depends on a lot of things. Could be fast could be slow. But it has come along way and is going in the right direction.
