I'll try to fix this along with the other server problems this weekend. But remember, the more time spent on 2D the less time spent on 3D. Anyway the server should be more stable so that might be the last thing done on 2D.

I like the canvas now it looks real.

I'd say these backgrounds are overall pretty need..but need a little more work. Also I'd say that they are too close to the existing background..

I was thinking about different themes would be nice..different venues like Vegas, Paris, Germany, a dusty Gym in Brooklyn when you're working your way up.
I got the idea when I was playing an old game..International Karate..where the background changes to different locations in the world.

I must be pretty old-school if that is the only example I can find.

Lol that ain't bad Oscar. And Tyrant and other players are at ringside ! It looks like the canvas is made of wood though..I think it should be blue or white (single colored except for the image).

Trunks and gloves are too hard to put in there..remember they have to fit the figures..and that means for every animation-frame you'd have to draw new pants or gloves. Forget about it but new backgrounds are much simpler.
