No Oscar. This is a tournament geared towards U.S. players, but if anyone wants to register, they're welcome to. They just have to work around our U.S. schedule.

Well Unstoppable's tourney hasn't made any progress in two weeks. If people are willing to participate, this tourney will move on along. And as I stated above, this tourney will have a prize unlike the other one.
