Can't give it up after all, I guess..

Problem was : Linux changed their TCP/IP implementation, look up TCP DELAY ACK.
I cant overcome that so easily since it's hardwired into the OS. Would have to change to the UDP protocol which would be pretty difficult. Also, no one is playing the game anyway so why bother ?
But still, I'll keep game, records etc.

Yes spam was a setback. But it was just a matter of time before it happened. Good thing about it, im prepared for it now.
Moving to a new server is better I think, it is cheaper, has more memory, a better cpu and higher bandwitdth.

Yes but the CONTENTS of your spamming make their seems like church sunday morning..just for the record, right should be right, fair should be fair etc etc
